Floating Docks are engineered for Residential or Commercial Applications,which is perfect for deep water, fluctuating water conditions. It automatically adjusts to high and low water conditions,in other words, it raises and lowers when the water levels change so that it will not be left high and dry even submerged.
The buoys are the integral part of the floating dock and their quality relates to the stability,floating capacity, life span, environmental requirements. They are comprised of Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastics, unsaturated polyester resin, accessorial material, foam filler (polystyrene), with Ultraviolet Absorbent UV-9. They are resistant to cracking and corrosion and are suitable for year-round use. They are available in a wide range of sizes with different floating capacities according to customer’s requirements.
Custom Floating Docks are available in plastic, high-intensity concrete GRC,steel,preserved wood, alloy aluminum. They are designed for commercial as well as residential use and provide a variety of sizes to satisfy various design requirements.

Structure and Form of pontoon:
1. Traditional form:
Beams are fixed on boats or floats and decks are spreaded on beam.
2.Boat combine with beam
Trestle bridge or springboard is set at both ends of bridge to connect with the shores. In order to adjust to fluctuating water conditions, lift trestle and lift pier should also be set the two sides.
Pontoon produced by our company is composed of FRP buoy, Steel-structure force,preserved wood,which is applicable to scenic areas, resort areas alike.
Up to now we have already built many pontoon. They are from 78 to 355 m long and have been successfully operating for several years.
Pontoons are unique constructions which help solve transport problems in suburb as well as in the countryside. They are a good and less expensive alternative to permanent bridges. It takes about 6-8 months to construct a pontoon. Their lifespan (even without capital repair) makes up around 30 years. The average capacity of a pontoon constitutes up to 40 tons.
We build pontoon for vehicles and pedestrians as well as for metal bridges, building and road constructions. When building a bridge a 2,7 m water drop is considered acceptable. Pontoon bridges don’t obstruct smaller river ship navigation. For bigger ship navigation a release is provided.
